Paytm — Refund amount for Bus cancellation

I had booked a bus ticket on 14 June, 2015 from paytm.com, when I reach the bus stand I called up to driver to enquire about the bus number. The driver told, the bus is cancelled due break failure. Next day, I reported for a refund amount on paytm website, they gave a commitment to solve this problem within 72 hours, but till now, I did not get my refund I am totally disappointed with your service.
