Paytm — Refund amount issue | |||||
My self balachandren have ordered a product on 11-AUG-2015 and a cancelled it before it has been delivered(before 18-AUG-2015), so when delivered they said to refuse the product and i did the same. But till now i didn't get the refund in my source account. After so many calls they refund the amount to paytm wallet instead of account on 17-sep-2015. I asked them to refund to bank they said it is in process for 10 days, in between i had many calls with them and they only said it is in process. Only when i asked to spoke to their manager he said the issue was due to some cash back amount must be also available in wallet and i added that amount during the call with him on 28-SEP-2015 and said it will be resolved in 2 days and amount will be bank account within 10 days. Today(9-OCT-2015) i have checked with bank they said no transactions are done by paytm till now and said if they transferred it will be reflected within 3 days. I am so much tiered of this issue and also financial charges has been incurred in my credit card because of this issue. Please find ticked id's raised by me.
