Paytm — Refund issue on paytm

Dear Sir

Order Number: Recharge - [protected] | Dated - 08/01/2015 on Airtel No -[protected], Recharge amount Rs. 50/-. Dear Sir my bank account debited by Rs. 42 and Rs. 8 Pay TM Wallet against this order, but recharge is not done. I got Refund of Rs.8 which is paid via Pay TM wallet, But did not Refunded my Rs. 42 which is deducted from Bank.
In this Case i made conversation with Pay TM but not got my refunded Amount in Bank or in Pay TM wallet
So, Here i am attaching my Bank Statement and Pay TM wallet statement for your information.

but failed and cancelled amount not refund till date of my account.
