Paytm — Refund money for BUS cancellation

I had booked three bus tickets from PAYTM website (paytm.com (http://paytm.com/)) on 14 june, 2015 when I reach the bus stand I called up to driver to enquire about the bus number. But at that time I came to know that the bus is canceled. When I reported this problem on PAYTM website, you people gave a commitment to solve this problem within 72 hours, but till now nobody has contacted me.
