Paytm — Refund Not Credited To My Card | |||
Hi, I have ordered HTC Desire 826 (White Birch) phone in PAYTM whose cost is 25500 for that order i paid 2150 from my Paytm wallet and remaining amount from my HDFC credit card below are the transaction numbers for both payments. Paytm Cash Transaction No C1BF5F9DB181AA91Rs 2150 EMI Transaction No [protected]Rs 23350 After getting my phone it was not working properly it is getting heated with out using the and hanging problem also so i returned that phone. After receiving the product they refunded the paytm wallet money but they din't refund the 23350 amount which i paid through card. It's already 20 days that i returned the product to them. I bought dell laptop through order no.83151145 in March, the product has defect so I returned it back, they assured me that they will refund within 3-10 days and its been more than 10 days no refund has been received by me. I have already written a lot of mails to them. But no satisfying response from them. I told PAYTM that I bought it on EMI's and already got 2 emi's due. But they are not bother a bit. It is causing a mental and financial pressure on me.
