Paytm — Refund still not initiated after returning the order back..... | |||
I ordered a product through Paytm.com dated July 16th which happened to be damaged because of lack of proper standardized packaging.. Being delivered a damaged product, I've contacted the Paytm Support, they told me to return the product back myself to the Shipper's address as hey couldn't arrange the Pick-up on my location. So I did returned it back which costed me Rs. 300 (being promised refund for my courier charges too). The support also told me that as soon as the product is delivered at facility, they'll initiate the refund within 24hrs. The product was delivered to the facility on 27th July. I've waited for a day or two for the refund. Still nothing. I've contacted the Support regarding it... They promised a resolution for it within next 48 hr. Then promised to be resolved within 72 hrs when further contacted... Then on 1st August I've contacted and told them I can provide proof for delivery but they completely refused that the product is delivered and hence initiate my refund. Amount to be refunded : Rs. 1299 Now, What should I be doing regarding this problem?? I hope the issue get's resolved through Consumer Complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
