Paytm — Refund to my bank account

Espected sir/mam I have cancelled with order no. [protected] on 14th july 2015, I didnt receive me by bank refund still The Bank Txn ID: 519315302142110161730427 Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] even i sent my bank statement to grievance officers, there is no action still even after 24 days ... i had a horrible experience with paytm
