Paytm — Regarding blocking of my paytm account from last 25 days | |||
i have paytm accoung with email .id- mnsh.[protected]@gmail.com and it has been blocked by last 25 days. i write to several mails to customer support team regarding this matter and every time i received the same reply i.e wait for 24-48 hours and resolution of the issue will be under process. and now 25 days have been passed but no action taken by your team members. last mail that i received from one of your PAYTM customer support team member Mr Sourav he writes me in the mail on dated 27/06/2015 that your resolution of the issue will take 24-48 hours and you will wait for 24-48 hours. now more than 80 hours have been passed but no action will be taken from your customer care team. if your team members do not work on given time then why they work there . and also i think they does not show any interest to solve this issue. so i request you to please look in to the matter and resolve this issue as early as possible if you are not able to resolution of my problem then please return my wallet cast in to my personal bank account. my paytm id- mnsh.[protected]@gmail.com thanks & regards manish garg Was this information helpful? | |||
