Paytm — Regarding wrong product received

Sir, This is nagarajan.P have made an order through PayTM online website with order #[protected], and the item is "Transcend StoreJet 25H3 (TS1TSJ25H3B) 1 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black & Blue)". But when i received the courier i got the different model "Transcend StoreJet 25M3 (TS1TSJ25M3B) 1 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black & Blue). Actually Both the items are different in cost. and different in model also. (9-02-16 shipped and received on[protected]
I have made complaint regarding this to paytm, The paytm customer care people tolled me that the only solution is return the item and on receipt of return of the item. they will credit the amount in my paytm account wallet.
I have made humble request that do not cancel my existing order (#[protected]), Tell or insist the seller to send me the original order. But my this humble request was not accepted by paytm customer car people, i spoke to many paytm customer people. they all in a single voice told that there is no return policy, So the item must be returned and the amount will be credited to my paytm wallet. Finally due to the mistakes of seller my order was cancelled, the amount was credited to my pay tm wallet.
They suggested me that if i want i may made new order. then i raised a question that while i make new order the amount may differ(there may be increase in the cost). In that case it is loss to the customer. This is loss is due to the seller mistake, So who will take responsibility? Like that i raised questions?. Pay tm customer care people told me that there is no way to credite that difference amount, the loss will not be taken care of seller or paytm, Like this irresponsibly paytm customer care replied to me.
I asked paytm customer care people one another question that suppose i am making new order of same item as paytm customer care suggested. i will accept the loss on my shoulder, I asked paytm customer care people that will you take responsibility of my new order?, The pay tm customer people assured me that my new order (#[protected]) will be processed properly and take care by paytm and the right item will be delivered to me in time. (shipped on 17-02-16 and arrived on[protected]. But they did not take care of my issue, Again i have received the wrong item which cost less than the original item which i ordered.
I felt that second time i was cheated by either paytm or the respective seller.
Again i made request and complaint regarding this. i made a request for return and it was accepted. But They were again insisting me to go for new order. they were telling that they will credit the amount in my paytm wallet.
So i feel cheated and my valuable time are wasted by paytm people. How many time i will make an order like this. I raised one question to pay tm customer people that were is your assurance goes now?, They were continuously and repeatedly telling that apology and they dont have return policy.
I did not get any single support from paytm customer people., paytm customer car people have no rules to help customer, and thereby putting the money and time loss on the head of customer by repeatedly speaking there is no return policy in paytm. I hope paytm is supporting seller even if they commit with mistakes.
Suppose if go for new order today, there may be some increase in actual price of an item. In that case again a customer is going to loss some amount, not the seller and paytm. Paytm is very partial to his genuine customer. Regarding the above i have submitted more than 5 written complaint through email to customer car paytm. But there is no use, There were all repeatedly telling that there is no return policy in paytm. Due to that customers are suffering.

My request This time due to the mistake of the seller again i have received an wrong item, so the Paytm has to insist the seller to send the original order to me. and should get back the wrong item which i received. i have made this request to paytm customer care people, they told me that there is no way to do it. Please accept the above sir. and take necessary action.
