Paytm — request for return order and refund -reg | |||
Sir, Please find below details of Paytm ORDER No.[protected] dated 24.03.2014 received on 30.03.2015 at 11:45 Hrs through Delhivery courier services. 1. I have received an old used, non working HCL tablet from PAYTM on 30.03.2015, It was already used and was already tampered at seller end. 2. On opening, It was observed that, the security seal of the HCL Tablet cover was already opened at seller end. Many scratches on screen and body was also observed 3. The Paytm tape was used for packing of the product covering with an another hard paper on the tablet cover.. 5.The IMEI No on the tablet is [protected] (Found on Tablet Box). Further, It may kindly be noted that the "invoice of the product" was found inside the tablet cover and, Right now the product is not possible to use, as the display is blur, improper, non working and totally a unusable tablet. In this regard i have contacted paytm at care @paytm.com, but no immediate response from paytm.com and paytm customer care numbers also not working proper.
