Paytm — Request of return cancelled for Order # [protected]

I have purchased PUMA shoes from PAYTM but I found that it was not fit in size and some tightens also so I have just put a return request then they have put that there is delay in pick up just after that I have to go to out of station so as my number is not reachable I have given my colleague number but they are saying order is rejected you haven't pick the call. I don't know why are calling my number as I already told them and no one is calling to my colleague number and saying we have called thrice and also no one has visited for return pick up I have confirmed. In some mails they are saying that the pick up has done after that they are syaing please raise complain again and then cancelled the return pick.
