Paytm — return product delivered to merchant but cash not refund

return product delivered to merchant but cash not refund. i already mail the courier slip and also image of courier tracking list to [protected]@paytm.com.there is no response from that Paytm my order no is96014792 so kindly refund my amount 4275 courier charge 100 total 4375
