Paytm — Returned this product but refund not receive

Order no.[protected] aug '15 9:06 pm lee cooper tan slippers this product looks like duplicate so returned this product but i am not receiving any refund regarding this product till now and their website shows that your money was refund your bank a/c so also mail the my banking statement till but receive any from their side. I am also attached screenshot of the matter
