Paytm — Rs 200 paytm voucher not credited by paytm

Hi,

I had an offer from "clear tax" that if i refer any body to pay the online tax through my link sent by "clear tax" i will get rs.100/- voucher code from clear tax which i can en cash from paytm web-site. I referred 2 of my friends to file online tax through my link "www.cleartax.in/r/suhas640" but paytm is not giving the encashment of my voucher. Every time when i send a mail, i get only automated reply.
