Paytm Sdk — Amount not refunded to the bank account for irctc ticket booking transaction

I have booked a ticket in irctc website through PayTM SDK (Payment Gateway)on 27-June-2017, ticket has been not booked but the amount got deducted. So the transaction got failed, when I'm checking the Refund history the amount status is refunded in irctc site,
but still I have not got the amount back in my bank account. I am not sure how to get the money back to my account.
Please let me know if you need any other details.
