I have cancelled my e-tickets on 24th of april 2018 but i didnt get refund even after 10 days.. I have contacted the irctc and it says that the amount has been refunded to "paytmsdk" on 27th of april 2018. But i didnt get refund on my bank account.. The refund id's are mentioned below..

I have booked 2 Nos of ticket in irctc website through PayTM SDK (Payment Gateway) but i have cancelled 2 nos of tickets on[protected], when I'm checking the Refund history the amount status is refunded in irctc site, on dated[protected]
but still I have not got the amount back in my bank account. I am not sure how to get the money back to my account.
Please let me know if you need any other details.

Hi as i had booked a ticket on irctc through paytm gateway payment mode on 6th sep 2017 but the transaction was failed and the amount was deducted from my account, contacted irctc they told that they have refunded the amount of 1050/- but still i had not received the amount i had paid through my debit card and not through paytm wallet kindly check or give me any other source to contact with

I have booked ticket on 12 aug 2017 through irctc, due to some technical issue my booking got failed and money was deducted from my account, it's been 12 days when i check the status in irctc it's says money was refunded to paytm sdk not in my account. Please help me where to contact or how it will takes to refund to my bank account.
