Paytm — Seller cancels order after 5 days, no refund as yet, no way to feedback on seller on paytm.com, pathetic overall | |||||
Order Number: [protected] 1) The Seller turned down the order after 5 days of placing the order! 2) Refund not initiated - called customer service. Part refund is initiated this morning. I am asked to wait for the remaining refund, for 48 hours. 3) PAYTM does not have a provision in their website to feedback on the seller!!! and they call it an ecommerce site - basic!! 4) The customer service is so hard to get through and their IVR does not have an option to get straight to them. 5) Even though you have typed in the product number, there is no information with the representative once you get through...have to take them through it all over again!!!
