[Resolved] Paytm — Sent Defective Product and not refunding the amount | |||
I have ordered a Hoody. Its order number is [protected] . They had sent me a defective product. When I complained about this, their customer support replied that there is no exchange and it will be picked up in 3 days. But it was not picked up. When I asked about this, they said, I have to courier it and they will refund 100Rs as shipping charges. But the shipping charges are coming upto 300Rs. When mailed paytm saying the same, they said they will arrange the pick up. I waited for about 10 days. But they did not pick up. I asked them strongly about this and they said I have to courier it. They are confusing me and finally bluffing me with neither picking up nor giving a confirmation on refunding the complete shipping charges. Please provide justice to me in this matter. This is a open cheating. It is not fair that these people sending defective product and not picking it up. Was this information helpful? | |||
