Taken Money for 10 Days Against One Product Order Later They cancel Order and credit back amount in Paytm Wallet . As I order ( order number [protected]) One product on 16 Aug from Paytm, Estimated delivery time was 26 Aug that time, Seller not shipped product as per status shown in paytm till 22 Aug, I am continuously marking mail to your team for the same but team given me false commitment like product will be deliver in 24-48 Hrs), form the last 7-8 days and today morning i got a message Order cancel by Seller, your amount in credit back in Wallet, I need a answer on below point. 1. What you guys doing with my money from the last 9 Days . ???? 2. Why Seller Cancel that product . ??? 3. For this product i add +1500 rupees in my wallet and your team Credit back whole amount in wallet but i am getting option for bank refund only on 358 rupees. Don't explain me calculation for this i am using paytm from the last 2.5 years ( Listen I want Whole amount back in my bank ) and i am not going to wait for the next 15 days for back transfer . When i Escalte same to Cusotmer care a guy called me apologize 100 times but as per his word he said at seller site stock not available, but when i post order that show order available ( In paytm we can't post order if any product out of stock ) And the big question is you and seller required 9 Days just to know that product available or not. 4.As you know Every E- commerce website giving Good offer on 15 Aug, I missed that opportunity now because i choose Paytm on a same day if seller cancel that product so i can choose another platform .So what will you do for these ?????
