Hi Vikash / Service Head, I want to bring to your notice that Paytm has Cheated me in 2 things . I Need Justice and Compensation for this CHEAT !! 1 Prestige Pressure Sr Pan Cooker ( I have attached 2 Pictures – Please check ) Amount I spent was Rs 2325/-, but when I got the Parcel I was Shocked to see that Rate of the Product from Prestige is only Rs 2035/- Manufacture Date of the Product as per Prestige company is Jul 2014, but the Sticker Pasted by your team shows Manufacture date as Jun’15 ( Almost 1 Year Old ) How can this Cheat happen to a Customer ? I would need a Clear Explanation on this Cheat done to me or else I would go for a Legal Battle against this Cheat !! 2 SFC Silk Blended Saree ( I have attached 2 pictures – Please check the damage ) I have received saree today evening and when we opened the Saree we found damage in the saree ( Letters written in Marker ) … How did this not been checked in Quality team before sending the Parcel ? It’s been really disappointing to have this great company doing Cheat to Customers !!
