Paytm — Transaction failed and instead of transferred payback amount to bank they transferred money to wallet within 72 hours

This is not first time when paytm transaction failed and they are refund amount in paytm wallet which is not acceptable. It seems like this is now their strategy for people to use paytm wallet.In case o[censored]rgency people use online services to get rid of walk out to retailers and instead of giving quick service people are stuck in refund policy of certain time like 72 hours. Why we are using online services like paytm if you are not able to give quick response.
