Mene Ek electricity bill pay Kiya tha, the amount was 1169.mene phele bhi kafi payment ki hai but kafi bar mere 2 tym charges deduct ho chuke aa...jo k vapas bhi aa gye hai. Ye amount 1169 meri two time deduct ho gyi...But mujhe mere pase vapas nhi mile abhi tak jo second tym deduct hoye aa...Main 2 month se try kr rhi hoon...Main BOI ki branch mein bhi complaint kr k aa chuki hoon...But there is no resolution..now I m frustrate...what I do
