Paytm — Unable to deliver the product after commitment

I ordered one item from paytm on 4 June and after place that order, paytm confirm it and text me that it will delivered soon. But i don't why they cancelled it and refund back me the amount when i asked the reason they said that place the order once again. i placed the same order again on 17 July but again the same problem persist. Paytm app shows that item delivered and returned by me and they take the item but i didn't not received any delivery for the product. Once again the amount is refunded.
