Paytm — use paytm for fastag and debited twice in three occasions

I have purchased fasttag for my vehicle ka01mr6434 and the same linked to paytm. Since it is compulsory, i did the same. I travelled on 27th may 2018 from bangalore to chennai. On the day while passing through the below toll plaza (Fasttag route) chennasamundram, pallikonda and vaniyambadi my paytm balance amount debited twice. (Rs. 55, rs. 85 and rs. 80). Regarding the above one i formally lodged complaint amy times and requested to transger the amount and in support of that my statement also forwarded.

So far no action and again and again when i contact asking the same details. As already 4 month over, can you pl. Issue notice to the concerned authorities to do the needful. Let me know for any more details required.
