Paytm — wallet amount has been deducted without my knowledge | |||||
My PayTm account was hacked and wallet amount has been deducted without my knowledge. I just received a message saying that so and so you have successfully sent rRS. 625 via paytm wallet The shocking news urged me to reach out PayTM customer care in very next second but failed since no one has picked the phone. Later, I wrote a mail explaining the fraud act but they did not response properly. I understand that OTP message is mandatory for all kind of transactions in PayTm but the misfortune is, I have not at all received any OTP message regarding the payment.
