Paytm — Worst service | |||||
Worst service by Paytm. We cannot contact customer care directly for any issues. We have to opt for the call, they will call us if they think and as per there convenience. I ordered sony headphones from Paytm on 22 Sep 2015, but it has been 6th Oct 2015 now not received my product yet. I have mailed so many times regarding the issue but there was no resolution even after 14 days. I have not received my product. This was the product available with higher discount that's why paytm didn't deliver the product to me. (check the photos) They cancelled my order after 14 days and returned my money after so much follow up only on email.
