Sir, Please find attachments. i placed an order of D'ziner Tan PU women Flat ( size-9) on 4th june. according to ur size chart UK size 9 is equivalent to Euro size 43, but the pair of footwear i received is reflecting the Euro size 39. so please resolve this as soon as possibl by either return or replacing the order. please revert back of my mail asap. Sir,

Today I have received a call from mobile No.[protected]from A.P No.) five times.He asked me my bank ATM card no./bank a/c no. & bank user i.d . for refund of product.I don't think it is necessary for refunding the amount.

Its illegal to ask someones bank account detail. you must inquiry about that.

please take urgent action on my complaint.
