Order number :[protected], I ordered a Sony 3000 mAh power bank worth Rs-1265, Instead I received a local power bank, with a letter that the sony 3000mAh is discontinued so we are providing 3800mAh power bank, letter was signed by Rohit (Planet Enterprises) mobile number [protected], I called him and he said that he will check for the issue and will report me, I fired the compaint from paytm also but its over 3 days and I'm still waiting for reply.
