[Resolved] Paytm — Wrong Product Received But No Positive Response from Paytm | |||
I have ordered one Envie LCD Charger Model no. ECR 11 but seller send me the wrong product Envie ECR 20 ORDER NO.[protected] Jun '15 11:25 am I contacted the Paytm many times with E-mail but every time a new customer care representative reply and told me to send the some images. I send the images approx 3-4 times and every time they told that we forward your complaint to concern department. No contact no. provided by the Paytm to resolve the issue and also no proper time framework. I have contacted with Deeksha.r, Jun 10, 14:44, Suresh Jaiswal, Jun 10, 18:39, [protected]@paytm.com, Jun 12, 17:17 Aishwaraya, Jun 13, 16:21, Saad, Jun 13, 18:30, Deepak, Jun 13, 20:33, kushboo, Jun 14, 10:09 but no proper action taken by Paytm.
