Paytm.com — wallet to bank money transfer

i have requst customer care to reverse my money wallet to bank on 23 jan . money is deducted from my paytm account of rs 4000 . but till now no resposce was comeing from paytm customer care no status and no money is deposited in my bank account . my money in air . i dont know where is my money . kindly resolve my issue . my paytm account no is [protected] . i shall be thankful for u regards neeraj
