Payu Money — My payment settlement on hold

My payu Merchant ID: 8297179
On 13/09/2021 I received ₹ 39804. money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold.

So I tried to reach customer care through your https://help.payu.in/ and I didn't get any satisfier answer and why they have not customer care ID or Phone Number. are they guys fraud? How I contact with them

It's my hard earned money and also paying all the gst and things. Why are you holding to deposit our money to the bank account?
