I have sold product online using payu money gateway, They got credited the amount. But money is not yet credited to my account...

My payu Merchant ID: 8297179
On 13/09/2021 I received ₹ 39804. money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold.

So I tried to reach customer care through your https://help.payu.in/ and I didn't get any satisfier answer and why they have not customer care ID or Phone Number. are they guys fraud? How I contact with them

I had made online transaction 13th April 2020 to book an mobile & so far they have not delivered till date even after 10months & customer care / toll free no provided is absolutely incorrect?? Order amount was 2998.83....

I booked ticket on irctc amounting rs. 3075.89 on 11th feb 2020 and had to cancelled it same day. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was payu money. But i haven't received my refund amount for the cancelled ticket.

I have made a payment of rs 1351 to book a train ticket from Lucknow to Delhi through IRCTC app on 15 th of July my payment is detected from my account but ticket not booked it shows transection failed (no response from bank.)
i confirm from my bank, they are saying that the transection was successful to payumoney.
but till now i don't get any money back from your side. so, please support and resolve the issue ASAP.

Hi,
I cancelled 2 bookings on www.irctc.co.in on 06/10/2017 and the refund status shows that the refund was processed the same day by railways.
In place of bank, it shows payumpp.
I had made payments for these 2 bookings through pay u gateway, so i guess railways returned them the amount. But the same has not been refunded back to me from pay u money.

I was using net banking through PAYU transaction is not successfully but Rs. 2000.00 has been deduct from bank account. kinldy refund that money.

I made a payment to fill up the form of chinmaya vidyalaya bokaro from my axis bank debit card on dated 3/11/16. On 1st transaction money was deducted from my account at 15:14 hrs seq no[protected] gurgan/payu, but due to link failure form couldn't be displayed it was afailure transaction . I had to make another transaction at 16:17hrs info; inb/[protected]/payu.In/chinmaya vidyalaya throug internet banking. This transaction was successful....

I had paid Electricity bill from BESCOM App through PayU money on 24th August. But money got deducted from my Bank account, but payment is not succeed. because of this BESOM will disconnect my home electricity bill. please resole the issue as soon as possible.

I would like to complaint regarding the abusive behaviour from one of the employees name tauseeb team lead with payu money. During the call tauseeb put my call on hold intentionally without asking any permission from me and i overheard him using abusive language like "chod". I tried speaking to the assistant manager mr. Govind from where i have only received email stating that

15/3/16. I was trying to pay my sons fees. The transaction got declined and hence i tried paying again. 2nd transaction was successful. But this company charged me again after 1 hour. Even after repeated dispute raised i got no resolution from them. Its more than 3 months now. All they say is we r following up n give some time.

I had to personally run behind the school guys to get this resolved. Even the same school has discontinued...
