The Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (PENSION)
Regarding disbursement and staggering of pension to the
Sparsh Migrated Pensioners violating RBI Master Circular
No.RBI/[protected]/63 DGBAGAD No.H-1/31.05.001/2015-16
Clause 9. (f ), request your kind intervention to restore the
Payment of pension over last four Working days of the month
at par with the other C.G. Pensioners as we received prior to
Migration to Sparsh of:
Ref. 1. RBI Master Circular No.RBI/[protected]/63 DGBAGAD No.H-
1/31.05.001/2015-16 Clause 9. (f ), where it is clearly stated
that Staggering of Pension Payments : Payment of Pension
only on the last day of month causes much hardship to the
Pensioners as they have to wait in queue for a long time to
Collect the pension. As per instructions issued in 1995,
Agency Banks were advised to spread disbursal of pension
over the Last four working days of the month, except for the
month of March, which will continue to be credited on or
after the first working day of April.

Sir,
With due honor this to inform you that prior to migration to Sparsh we the defence pensioners have had been received our monthly Pension over the last four working days at par with the other Central Govt. Pensioners like Rly., Income Tax, Geological Survey of India, Central School, other Civil Pensioners etc as followed by the PDA Banks as per Ref. above 1.
Unfortunately, after migrated to Sparsh the said facility is withdrawn by our
PDA- SPARSH and at this old age due to aging disability we are facing trouble
to make queue and unable to withstand the huge rush in the bank.
As such, on behalf of all the Defence Pensioners request your kind intervention
to restore disbursal of monthly Pension at four working days as done previously.
Trust, this will find your favorable consideration so that defence pensioners are deprived due to laps on the part of management.
