PCMC — On main highway peoples are using for latrine (Toilet on open space)

Respected Sir, It is frequently found that some people are using the space of Highway for latrine. The correct location is from Big Cinema (underground bridge) to Pimpri Police station. We trying our best while stopping our car and blowing the horn as well but the shameless peoples are ignoring it. As our PCMC having so many Mechanical / Automobile / Software industries and in office time so many Ladies, outside visitors are traveling on the road. We are feeling very shameful while driving.
