PCMC — Property tax name change

I have applied for name change on my property tax after gift deed to PCMC property tax office one month back. I have submitted required form along with society NOC + Gift deed copy along with Index2 form + My new adhar+PAN card and all necessary fees as applicable. I was not given with any receipt acknoledgement and I was told that i will receive a call from official if there are any query. Its been more then a month there is no update or no contact from them
