Pearson Vue — GED.com and customer service

This is to inform you. We are putting in a complaint against ged.com. Pearson Vue. And their customer service.
I've had to call several times from the moment we signed up, first our payment info didn't go through... Because the address needed to be removed and reentered... So dumb. That took over an hour, between getting a lost call, and the huge language barrier... She wouldn't transfer is to an English speaking person, or transfer us to someone in the USA. She also wouldn't transfer us to a supervisor.
After purchasing the original pretests, we had to purchase 2 extra failed pre tests and got charged for 3, that's an extra $6.00 charged, which have not been returned. Then we've now scheduled 2 tests which we were not able to sign in for, one was Friday 5/14/21, at noon and another 5/18/21 @ noon, again not able to sign in with good internet. Both paid for. At this moment I've called this company 3 times, twice they lost me, the caller... No call back! I've asked to be transferred to a supervisor/ manager all 3 times with no avail. I've currently been on this call 35minutes. I was just told I'd have to wait another 45-50 minutes, for a supervisor. Still waiting to sign in to account to take a paid for scheduled test. The test was scheduled for noon today it is almost 2pm.
Please get this matter resolved.
