Pearson Vue — Not received pte scores

Hi

Myself kirti. I have appeared for pte exam on 26th May 2022.still not received results. Several times called to customer care.they replied by saying

We thank you for your time and effort in contacting us at PTE Customer Support. Your satisfaction is important to us, as such we are sorry for the delay that you have experienced.

The process for scoring the PTE Academic Test is time intensive and we do our best to get the Score Report to you within 3-5 business days. However, at times there are unexpected circumstances which prevent us from keeping to this time frame. We apologize for this delay in service.

We are working hard to resolve the issue in a timely manner, and anticipate the scoring process to finish in an additional 3-5 business days. As soon as the Score Report is available you will be sent an email as notification. You will then be able to access the report through your PTE account.

We thank you for your continued understanding. Once again we would like to express our apologies for this delay and any inconvenience it has caused you. If you experience any other issues or have further queries, please contact us and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.

It is more than 10daya now
Such a hopeless system. Waste of my money, such a worst service.
