Pearson Vue — Pearson Vue account locked due to financial issues

I have to download my score report of Blue Prism AD01 Examination from Pearson Vue account, but it is locked.

I applied for Blue Prism AD01 Examination on 20th Aug 2019 and paid examination fees, also received an invoice from Pearson vue having payment receipt details.
On 27th Aug 2019, I appeared in examination and passed it. I could also download score report from my Pearson Vue account.

Recently I changed my work organization and lost the document in the process.

So, I tried to access Pearson vue account to download my score report, as I need to upload the same in current organization portal.

But I found that my account has been locked due to financial reasons, when I contacted Pearson Vue customer support, they said that the payment of examination was not received by them.

They are not considering the receipt I shared with them. Also showed them the bank statement for that transaction, but they are not listening.

They gave me two options either to share my debit card details (Card number, expiry date and CVV) to make payment for examination or share bank transaction statement for the duration: Aug 2019 till date.

If any transaction fails the amount is reversed within 7 working days and not more than that. I appeared for examination a week after making payment for examination and was able to access account post that.

I didn't receive any message/email from bank or Pearson Vue regarding failed transaction.

The customer support keeps sending same general email on each of my enquiry mails and when I contact them through call, they say why didn't I check my account earlier and ask me to make payment for exam by sharing card details which is against RBI guidelines.
