My name is Sashirupini. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. I did my PTE academic exam with pearson on august 11th 2022 and it is 14 days and still no score. I have filled forms called many times and the pearson VUE team copies a common response and send it across all candidates without solving the issue. They practically don’t care. Pearson got our exam money and didnot send my score or have not even advised why delay. Pearson has left us with so much confusion and causing a huge issue not proceeding us further with our destination. The process for scoring the PTE Academic Test is time intensive and we do our best to get the Score Report to you within 3-5 business days. However, at times there are unexpected circumstances which prevent us from keeping to this time frame. We apologize for this delay in service.
We are working hard to resolve the issue in a timely manner and anticipate the scoring process to finish in an additional 3-5 business days. As soon as the Score Report is available you will be sent an email as notification. You will then be able to access the report through your PTE account.
