I scheduled an exam for a teradata associate certification @06/06/2020.
Post pre-run system check i was not able to give exam.
Blank screen appeared for almost half and hour and noe am not ableto reschedule exam as it is saying request is open.

After precheck is done(have done 3 attempts), not able to through exam!
Not able to contact pearson tem (call/chat). Now, stuggling to find support email ID which they don't have
