Peeperly — extremely poor quality and fake product

I fully agree with the review provided by other individual.
I’ve received a product around 10 days ago, however, as the quality of the product was extremely poor (made of low quality plastic), I immediately dropped an email to them to initiate the return and refund process. Guys, please note that they don’t have any option available on their webesite to initiate the return, you’ll just have to email them.

And now, it’s been a a week long struggle with them trying to get my money back. Even after several email exchanges and conversations over call with the rude customer care team, they haven’t initiated the refund yet even after confirming 1000 times over an email that they will refund the money by EOD on ‘abc’ day, etc.

Later today, an extremely rude customer care representative said ‘we’ll provide you the voucher instead of money (Rs 2499)’, which is insane when they have confirmed over an email that they will initiate the refund via PAYTM, etc).
Don’t know what is their issue in refunding the money when the product is returned back to them in its original condition. And I am all convinced to file a case against them now.

This is an extremely insensitive behaviour by peeperly team. They need to stop advertising on all the social media platforms.
