Pepper Fry — Harassment in delivering product

I am khader hussain from bathinda, punjab.
I have placed an order #[protected] on 02.03.2015 amounting to rs. 7419 / -. I was assured delivery of the product between 22.03.2016- 28.03.2016. I wanted an early delivery was even to pay more, but the facility wasn't available. I understood the company policy and decided to wait till the assured date. On 08.03.2016, i was once again informed that the order is in process and would be delivered by the assured date. But on 09.03.2016 i got a e-mail from pepper fry only to informed me that

We regret to inform you about the delay in delivery of the queen size double bed by furniture kraft you ordered with us.


We at pepperfry strive to provide the best to our customers. Unfortunately, your product didn’t go through our quality check parameters for the product delivered by our vendor. Hence we are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible. However, we are compelled to inform you that there might be a delay of approx 7 days.


Again, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused and look forward to fulfilling your future orders in timely manner.


Initially i got annoyed but i got the point that some times its a part and parcel of orders and decided to wait for another week. But until 18.03.2016, i didn't get any update regarding the order. Then i contacted the customer care and after hanging on line for 8minutes at last my call was processed a customer care executive but only to informed me that the even if the order got delayed a week it would have been dispatched by now. But it hadn't. He gave me sign that the order may be delayed another 2-3 weeks. This time i was even more annoyed to hear that. But i got over it, cancelled the order i again ordered #[protected] for a new product which costed me rs. 8598 including taxes. This time i ordered a product with express delivery facility thinking that at least now i would have the product delivered fast.


The product was shipped as promised. But it took so much time to reach gurgaon that even two products ordered at mebelkart.com would have been delivered. But i once again said to myself that there may have been some limitations in delivering hence, i waited... Waited... Waited... It took 4 days to reach bathinda from gurgaon which is a 250 km distance even a motorcycle rider would reach there in 8 hours maximum but thanks to pepperfry it took only 04 days. Still i waited... Waited... Finally on 04.11.2016 i got the product delivered. I was happy the delivery guy placed the product on ground floor even though i clearly mentioned that i live on ii floor. I my self took the product to ii floor. Delivery guys even didn't try to help me. Ok no issues but once i opened the product i really got frustrated. Got the product in three boxes on which it was written

I got the product delivered wrong. Thanks to the who dispatched the product and the plaza enterprise, mumbai which didn't even care to check the product before delivery. Its because of those irresponsible that i have to bear the consequence. I want ask you one thing do you even care for your customers or just take them for granted. Do you think no body would spare their time to act against you?


If that's the case then better be careful there are some people who are more idiomatic than the ones who dispatched the product. Such irresponsible behavior should not be spared. Not that it got immediately dispatched. That stupid plaza enterprise had all the time in the world. Why didn't it even care to check the product it was clearly written on it all they had to do was to do a just check. Now again i had to call the customer care executive wait for another 10 min on the line hanging on the line and show all my frustration to a executive, who didn't have anything to do with this matter. Kindly take some action on this company
