I have ordered a shoe rack in feb having order no.[protected]. The shoe rack quality was not upto the mark and i have a raised a return request for the same . company is denied for the same and said if there i no manufacturing defect they will not return it. I have raised multiple complaint for same but they were not agreed. After using the product for 2-3 month . The bad quality of product is showing. The door was broken and wood is also broken. The problem was that country lockdown imposed and no support was provided. In oct i have raised again complaint and they have send the carpenter to look into the issue and he said the product can not repaired and it will go for return only. its being 20 days and no body is contacting for returning the product. there is no escalation matix they have, no support contact no., no reply back . only 3 option in IVR. they are commiting to call back in 3-4 hours but no call back.
worse support and product by peppery, I will not recommend the product to anyone. if my return was not done i will make post of social media for your product and support. Was this information helpful? |
