I placed order with pepperfry with the subject order no. For 2 items -
1) Sattva Classic XXXL All Weather Bean Bag in Brown Color.
2) Crystal V1 Mid Black Ergonomic Chair in Black Color.
1st Item I received on 26th April but was delivered with the wrong item (size issue) immediately I request for return of the order and refund for the payments. They told that refund will only be processed once the item will be picked and scheduled pickup but no body turned up and the details they shared where wrong or misleading for the pickup person and once I checked their App for the tracking they have put that I have cancelled the pickup.
2nd Item Ergonomic Chair was suppose to be delivered by 28th April 2022 but Pepperfry themselves do not have any idea of the product whereabout and on 30th I requested to cancel the item and proceed for the refund. For which I do not have any status.
Please resolve this issue as I am fedup with the Pepperfry's incompetent customer care service.
