[Resolved] Pepperfry — Broken tea cup | |||||
I have received a set of 6 cups and saucers ordered online at pepperfry on sep 7. I received one of the tea cups broken. I could see it without openeing the pack since the plastic covering was transparent. I immediately caled pepper fry and complained. They asked me to send the images. I sent them several images of the unopened pack and also thr broken teacup. Its been 2 weeks and their standard response is that they are unable to see the broken cup.
