I recently bought a chest of drawers from Pepperfry and it is so costly. What I received is a piece of trash, the entire furniture is wobbly and not sturdy at all. everytime I pull the drawers, the boards come out. Another small foldable stool I had bought too had scratches on it.
I had ordered a total of three products.
After having such a bad experience with my earlier products, I wanted to cancel the third product. So the answer I get from the PF team is it will not be cancelled. I am paying from my hard earned money to receive damaged products.
The customer executives bluntly says we cannot cancel. whereas their website says "easy returns". They are fooling the customers.
