Pepperfry — Carpenter not arrived to assemble the furniture | |||
I ORDERED a tv wall unit on 14th august from pepperfry.com which was delayed.I had complained about it on ur website.my order was delivered very very late at 6 september and i was told that a carpenter will visit to my house within 48 hours to assemble my furniture but the carpenter never came. today is 16 september and the furniture is still lying in the box in my house and i am still waiting for the carpenter. i am contacting the customer care service daily, but their service is very bad, they never tell me properly that wheather the carpenter will come or not, instead they say me to keep the phone on hold and keep the phone hold for at least 10 minutes, then they assure that the carpenter will come on the same day by 6 pm. even my phone bill has increased by contacting the customer care again and again. i have also complained about it on their website but no response is given from there also. every time i call the customercare service, they say that the carpenter will reach today by 6 pm, but he never comes. today also i was told that the carpenter will come today(16 september) but he didn''t came today also. i want that if the carpenter is not coming, they should return my money back with interst and take this furniture back as early as possible. i also want money for my phone bill and the mental stress given to me by pepperfry.com Was this information helpful? | |||

The bed was ordered on 6th sept 2020
Following which was delivered to my address after which thr this problem in the between four legs of my bed . I have been following up with pepperfry on thr customer care no. / writing emails to grievanceofficer but unfortunately thr is no response from Pepperfry.
Is this what you call service/commitment/ promises what u made during the purchase.
I would request Pepperfry to act professional, to sort this out by either fixing my bed or replacing the bed . Awaiting your response at the earliest

I am buying this product from Perparfly for the first time and hope for good but now I'm feeling harassed by the Peperfly team. My only requirement is that my product will be assembled as it's showing on photos which iv ordered, think that the Perperfly team hearing my voice and give me the proper resolution in time. Waiting for a good experience with you otherwise go to consumer forum and take legal action.
