COMPLAINT NUMBER 00520915 This is regarding order number[protected]. I ordered a 'Springfit Posture Collection DX Gold 6 Inches Bonnel Spring Mattress-King - 75 x 72 x 6' for which the stated MRP was Rs. 18, 544/- on which i used a coupon code BASANT25 which gave me a discount of Rs. 4636, after which the price came to 13, 908. The mattress which I received is the ''Springfit Posture Collection DX' (not GOLD) has a printed MRP of Rs. 14244/-. Which would have come to We were grossly overcharged. What we purchased: MRP: 18, 554 Discount: 25% Net Price Paid by us: 13, 908. What we received MRP: 14, 244 Discount: 25% Net Price payable: 10, 683 Refund Amount: 13, 908 - 10, 683 = Rs 3225. I spoke their customer care representatives Deep, Wajid and tahira and sent countless emails.. I also sent a picture of the label of the mattress. Since the mattress which sent is of the MRP 14, 244/-, we should be refunded me the promised 25% discount (Rs. 3255) on this price from the price we have already paid. Wajid called me 4 days back promising a replacement with the actual product in 10-15 days, after which i wrote to them expressing I am not comfortable with that considering how unresponsive they have been.. I was promised a response in a maximum of 48 hours. It has been 3 days now. I called them again and spoke to tahira and mentioned that I dont want a replacement now, i am exhaused chasing them. I ordered the mattress for visiting guests, but now that purpose is not being solved as by the time they promise to send the actual mattress (if at all they do), our guests would have left. I don't want to deal with this pathetic organization for any longer, I don't want a replacement.. i only want a refund of the amount I have been cheated of.. Rs 3225/-.. the difference in the price of what I paid for and I got after a 25% discount.
