Hi, I have purchased a product from pepperfry.com. below are the order details, 17th July 2015 19:50:30 IST Total Paid Rs.544 Address Order No.[protected]. They have shipped the product with the courier partner GATI on 21-07-15. but the courier partner GATI is not delivering the product to me. I have called GATI several times and also contacted Pepperfry customer care. but nothing has happened. It is already 15 days over, the product reached my home town, but they are not delivering the product to me. It is the lacklustered attitude and irresponsibility of both GATI and Pepperfry.com. I even contacted pepperfry to cancel order and refund my money back. below are the copy of invoice https://www.pepperfry.com/customer/invoice/[protected]/KD1065174-P-OD2138 So Netizens beware don't choose such ecommerce companies and logistics partners. kvsr subrahmanyam.
