Delay delivery of a mirror ordered on 30th Aug and received broken mirror. Request pickup and refund; even after multiple requests no action taken. False commitments and deliberate delay. I mentioned I have a baby and I cannot keep the broken mirror longer as it’s dangerous but they cared less. Request refund and let me dispose of as they are unable to pickup. They said incase I dispose then there is no refund. They are aware it’s impossible to keep the broken mirror longer. Tactic to rob me the money
